Thanksgiving Dahlia Centerpiece Workshop

Join us for a special golden-hour evening in the dahlia field at Bloom + Breeze Farm.

September is peak dahlia season, and this guided workshop is designed for anyone who wants to slow down, learn more about these beautiful flowers, and create a vase arrangement to take home.

This is a hosted, small-group, educational workshop led by Paula. We’ll begin with a guided walk through the dahlia field, where you’ll learn about different dahlia varieties, how to choose the best blooms for cutting, and general care and instructions for growing and harvesting Dahlias. Paula will share tips on color, shape, texture, movement, and how to design with flowers to create a stunning bouquet. 

After the field tour, you’re welcome to wander our fields and pick your own dahlias, seasonal stems and fillers, where we will gather to design and create a beautiful arrangement in an included glass vase. 

No floral design experience is needed. Just come ready to enjoy the farm, ask questions, and spend a beautiful evening surrounded by flowers.

Your ticket includes:

October is the final stretch of our flower season, and this hands-on workshop is designed for anyone who wants to enjoy the last of the dahlias, seasonal blooms, and autumn textures before the holiday weekend.

This is a hosted, small-group, educational workshop led by Paula. We’ll talk about designing with dahlias, choosing seasonal colors, creating shape and movement, and using foliage, fillers, and textural elements to make a natural, abundant centerpiece.

You’ll work with farm-grown dahlias, seasonal stems, foliage, and fall accents to create a beautiful arrangement in an included vase or vessel. Paula will guide you through the design process and share simple tips to help you create a finished piece that feels special for your Thanksgiving table.

No floral design experience is needed. Just come ready to enjoy the farm, get creative, and make something beautiful for the long weekend.
